Refund and Returns Policy

For Manic Moos!

Thank you for shopping at Manic Moos. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Return shipping costs will be covered by Printful, our print-on-demand partner, if the return is due to their error (e.g., defective or incorrect items). For returns due to other reasons, such as customer’s change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. Please check with us at support@manicmoos.com for confirmation.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, unless there is an unusual circumstance warranting an alternative arrangement. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Since we do not keep stock and all products are printed on demand, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you will need to return the item you have and make a new order.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@manicmoos.com. We will work with Printful to resolve the issue as per their return policy.

To start the return process for your product, please e-mail us directly at support@manicmoos.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your refund or exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
